3-4 Defense Video Presentation Bundle

This video is designed to take the viewer through 5 critical points of emphasis that detail and explain our overarching philosophy of defensive football.  These 5 major principles are detailed and discussed and then supported with 2023 game film.

This video details our Odd Fronts as well as the Even fronts that we utilize in our defensive structure.  We categorize the various types of Odd and Even structures and how we move and stem them keep offenses guessing.  Special attention is paid to how we make these fronts appear differently each week so that opposing offenses will struggle to block them.  All these fronts are shown with game film.

This video takes the viewer through not only a recap of our front structures but also categorizes how we move our defensive lineman in an effort to cancel gaps.  We also take a detailed look at line movements or "games" such as our line twists and loop stunts.  We also categorize our wheel and spade stunts in graphic detail. These stunts are designed to cancel and destroy gaps while not forcing the defense to have to bring extra second level players.  This film is supported with game film.

The coverage video explains how the defense is capable of utilizing both man as well as zone coverage. This video goes into detail about how and why we will utilize our Man Match Coverage family and details coverages including Cover 0, Cover 1, Cover 2, Cover 3, Cover 4, and Cover 6. We discuss our 2x2 as well as our 3x1 checks from these various coverages and how coverages can be utilized to support run defense matrixes.  This video contains extensive use of game film.

This video contains references to our short yardage package answers from both Odd as well as Even structures.  We also detail our long yardage coverage package that we call our "Cyclone" package. Also, in this video we discuss our 3 man rush answers, 4 man pressure packages and paths, 5 man zone blitz answers, as well as our 6 man overload packages.  These packages are supported with multiple color diagrams and then backed up with extensive game film clips.

This video details the 5 major philosophical guidelines that we utilize to prepare for our opponents each week.  After an extensive explanation of the philosophy of how we prepare for our opponents we then launch into a discussion of a breakdown of an actual game plan from one of our opponents during the 2022 season.  We also break down multiple series of game film from that contest and show how the game plan theories were implemented and utilized to win this football game.
